Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms apply to planning, design and development of websites by ClearPoint unless the individual quote says otherwise.
Quote and fixed price
Services are described in writing before start. The fixed price covers that scope. Changes after the order are quoted before they are built.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% on order, 50% after your approval and before go-live. Maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly.
Cooperation
You provide content, access and feedback within the agreed times. Delays on the client side move the schedule.
Rights
After full payment you receive usage rights in the agreed work. Existing third-party parts (fonts, stock, libraries) stay with their licensors.
Liability
We are not liable for slight negligence unless life, body, health or essential contractual duties are affected. Legal pages do not replace lawyer advice for your specific case.
