Imprint and privacy policy must be findable. Name, contact and – depending on legal form – further details. A service area instead of an invented office is more honest than a sample street.
Forms and tracking
Anyone who submits must know what the data is for and be able to consent. Analytics and ad pixels belong behind consent, not on every page by default.
