One-pager when the offer is one
Freelancer, consulting, local service: hero, services, process, trust, FAQ, contact. That is enough as long as Google does not need to serve ten different queries.
Multi-page when services live separately
As soon as tax and payroll, renovation and new build or shop and consulting need their own stories, each story needs a URL. That is the business website.
